is the BGB Rewards Program?
The
BGB Rewards Program is our exciting
customer loyalty program that rewards you every time you shop and make

membership fees; however, your
membership is only valid online at
BabygirlBoutique.com.
The

ability
to earn double and triple points on certain days, and
be the first to get notified about our hot prize drawings and
exclusive shopping events. Once you create an account, every
dollar you spend earns you one (1) BGB Reward point. Cash
your
points in for cool prizes & surprises, gift certificates, or
even
more reward points! Make sure to log-in to your BGB My Account prior to placing each order so that your purchases earn Reward Points! These special offers are only available
to
BGB My Account holders.
What
does it mean to be a BGB My Account member?
As a
BGB My Account
member, your BGB Rewards will include:

ability to earn one (1) BGB Reward Point for every dollar you spend.

ability to earn double and triple BGB Reward Points on certain days.

your BGB Reward points to purchase gift cards and cool merchandise.
- Earn

Please
note that tax, shipping fees, and promotional coupon
discounts are not eligible for BGB Reward Points.
Only processed and shipped orders are counted towards your point total.
BGB In-Store credit codes will also count towards your point total.
How
can I find out how many BGB Reward Points I have earned?
It's
quite simple: Click the My Rewards tab. Now look below for
the red circle with your total BGB Reward Points inside.
How long will my BGB Reward
Points remain in "pending" status?
Your
BGB Reward Points will remain in "pending" status for approximately 21
days after your purchase.
How
can I find out how many Redemption Requests I have?
It's
quite simple:
Click the My Rewards tab. Now click the "Reward Status" link.
How long does the redemption process take and how long before I
get my discount code, points, and/or merchandise that I redeemed with
my reward points?
The
redemption process takes approximately 1 - 5 business days. The BGB
Rewards Center promises to answer your rewards points questions and
concerns as quickly as possible. If you find that your redemption request still has
not been fulfilled, and you've waited at least 5 business
days since your redemption request, please contact
the BGB Rewards Center.
How often do you change your BGB Rewards selections?
We'll
offer new BGB Rewards as soon as we dream something up; But don't fret!
We're
always dreaming up something new! Please note that all
rewards terms, conditions, and amounts are subject to change without
notice and at any time. The best way to keep current is to visit
your BGB
My Rewards tab often!
Can
I earn BGB Reward Points for my past purchases?
No.
Your BGB Reward
Points will only be applied to purchases made AFTER you become a BGB My
Account member.
I have an in-store credit at
BGB - can I combine my in-store credit with my BGB Rewards Coupon that
I purchased with my BGB Reward Points?
Yes.
If you wish to use your in-store credit along with your BGB Rewards
Coupon, you must call our customer service line (503-236-3769) and we
will take your order over the phone. You may only combine
your in-store credit with a Rewards Coupon by contacting us via
telephone.
What if I return an
item? Do I still get to keep my BGB Reward Points?
No.
If you return an item to us, your BGB Points will be deducted from your
account - (1) BGB Point per dollar amount with anything above $.50
rounded to the next dollar amount.
Will
you share my contact information?
Absolutely
not!
We hate junk in our inbox just as much as you do
and respect the privacy of our My Account members.
We will
never share your information; we will be using it
for statistical
reporting
purposes only. For example, from time to time we will send you
exclusive coupons and let
