Designer's notes: "The Star and Anchor dress made of stretch fabrics is festooned with an anchor and eight embroidered stars. Dainty flat lace trims the top and bottom of the dress. Close fitting darts skim the torso. The hemline flares into an a-line shape. There is a grosgrain ribbon at the back to secure a good fit. Fabric is a black twill with white trim."
